Did You See ON THE RECORD Monday night?
This is really exciting for us at ON THE RECORD! On Monday night ON THE RECORD broke the news that Interpol was looking for the suspect below…..the official announcement came from Interpol about 30 minutes later but we were given the heads up and thus the opportunity to break the news ahead of the offiicial announcement that this man below was wanted…..an interpol representative appeared on ON THE RECORD Monday night and brought this man’s pic….and we showed the picture…other news outlets followed the next day. And now what? CAUGHT!!! I am delighted that everyone in the news can “take a bow” that we could help…of course we have a guarded sense of accomplishment for participating in the search– it could be that this man is wrongfully detained in which case we would not be happy….
Interpol Pedophile Suspect Caught in New Jersey, Identified

Interpol says U.S. authorities have detained a suspected pedophile in New Jersey two days after the international police agency called for public help to catch him.
Interpol says the man was detained in Union City, N.J. The police agency on Thursday identified the suspect as Wayne Nelson Corliss.
Interpol says the man is suspected of sexually abusing at least three young boys from Southeast Asia. It says photos seized by police in Norway in 2006 showed the man’s alleged abuse. The boys are thought to have been as young as 6 to 10 years old.

Great Greta look in to the murder and torture of Gysienurse’s only daughter,no one has been arrested.Greta you are in a position to give this dear mother some closure. I have daughters,and I do not see how she gets up in the morning. If this happened to you I know you would not want your mother wandering who did it, The guy she said did it is a two time felony,please Greta do it for her sake.

Have you seen gipsynurse’s website for her daughter? Just talking (typing) to her makes me want to help, but the website brought tears to my eyes.
Great work and great use of the program to bring these low-lifes to justice…Using the far reaching audience you have to help get these people off the streets is more than admirable!

interpol is remarkable…they unswirled the picture of the last pedophile everyone was looking for. Good for OTR for helping. Every pedophile caught saves ? children from abuse; I’ve read it could be one to 100’s. Wonderful Greta….you do so many great things for people on your show, I hope you and your great staff appreciate yourselves!!!!

The heartbreak of hearing 1000 stories is worth the relief of 1 capture ( and hopefully conviction). If only the victims and their families could have their lives restored. . .

Three months ago The Lane Bryant Case here in Tinley Park ,IL began with five dead woman and one survivor. The Guy who murdered the five women has not yet been Caught!
Putting the picture out to the public was a good idea. With so many people seeing it, chances are great that somebody would know who the person is. I’m glad they caught this horrible man!

I was watching On the Record when this alledged pedophile’s photo was shown. On the Record should be proud in the apprehension of Mr. Corliss… I wish you the best and hope another opportunity to catch a criminal comes your way again… I especially love the segments including Bernie, Ted, Jim and Gloria… They make me laugh because they are all talking at once. I respect each one of them but don’t necessarily agree with them.

They said they have been tracking him for over 2 years.I hate to think how many children he molested in that time.
They should put the pictures up immediately.
I also think child molesters should be inprisoned for life, without parole. As in there own sick way they also take a life.
Good for Interopl and OTR. If guilty, he needs to be convicted. Now they need to do something to halt the travel junkets to Southeast Asia of these perverts, who seek out young children. There has to be a solution of some kind.
Too much the lawyerly concerns about this Greta. Let the feeling of gleefulness flow thru for a while. Keep the thought about maybe having the wrong one on the back burner with the heat off. Only allow the burner to be heated should conflicting evidence rear its ugly head.
I’m pretty sure of the exactitude of Interpol’s antics because its very rarely, if at all, that they make use of our media unless they are wising up to the tool’s availability and are showing understanding of how to use the media to their advantage.
Celebrate for a while. It is not very often one can celebrate in today’s world. Don’t let a chance go by.

For THIS crime, I could support the death penalty or, at the very least, life in prison without parole. They can’t be “cured” — so they continue their perverted crimes against innocent children. They just learn how to hide it better.
